Welcome to Scandinavian X. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the policies that govern your purchase and ensure a seamless experience while protecting our business integrity.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products in the Scandinavian X collection are made to order. This ensures the highest quality and attention to detail for each item. As each product is custom-produced exclusively for you, all sales are final. Products are made when you order a product.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery

We provide free shipping on all orders. However, any additional fees, such as import taxes, duties, or customs charges imposed by your country, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

 

3. Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering products of the highest standard. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, we will validate the claim and send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible.

  • Replacement or Refunds: If a replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund at our discretion. Please note, claims for quality issues related to acceptable variations in printing (e.g., slight color inconsistencies) are not covered under this guarantee.

 

4. Color Consistency

While we use high-quality materials and state-of-the-art printing technology to ensure consistent results, slight color variations may occur due to:

  • Machine type and settings

  • Paper types and textures

  • Environmental factors (e.g., humidity)

These variations are within industry-accepted tolerance levels and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.

 

5. Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will send a replacement after you send us the confirmation from the shipping carrier.

  • Returned to Sender: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, unclaimed packages, or rejection by the recipient, you will be responsible for placing a new order and covering any additional shipping costs. There will not be any refund of funds, for unclaimed packages or wrong typed adress on order by customer. All returns must first contact customer service.

 

6. Return Policy

All orders are custom made and made to order specifically for you. If you wish to order a replacement, you will be liable for the full cost of the new order, including shipping. 

Returns can be made, after contacting customer service within 14 days. You are self reliable for the return shipping and other shipping costs. Returns are accepted within 14 days after confirmed purchase on the website on fulfilled orders. Repayment will be made by us after investigating the product to see that there is no damaged product. If returns are made after the 14 day interval from the fulfilled purchase, there will not be any return of product by us if you send the product back without contacting us in the time frame mentioned or funds back. 

 

7. Customer Conduct

We are committed to providing exceptional service and expect customers to maintain respectful communication. Misconduct, abusive language, or behavior toward our team will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to decline service or cancel orders at our discretion if we identify any behavior that violates these terms.

 

8. Liability

Scandinavian X is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party shipping providers or customs processes in your country. Customers are advised to provide accurate shipping information and monitor tracking updates.

 

9. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity and fairness while protecting the interests of both our customers and our business.
